Adjust the flags.
The clRNG library was not found on the system previousl; had to be downloaded separately, including sources and binaries.
It compiles and runs, but produces no output.
For some examples and to fix compile warnings.

I was working on OpenCL job examples for our cluster, esp. for an AMD GPU. I've scripted a job to call a fork of this repo as well as
OpenCL-Tutorials. My pending PR ro that effect is here:I made some of them to work in batch.
To do so I've first collected a number of contributions from the forks of your OG repo by:
I've my own modifications to make some of them work on Scientific Linux 7, migrating to Alma Linux 9, and compile more cleanly against OpenCL 2 spec. This PR is a result of that.
Thank you for your work; feel free to however include it or not. Some examples still need work for me to get to work.
There will be mode mods coming while we are upgrading.
