feat: shareable eslint and stylelint configs Export @rtcamp/wp-tooling/eslint-config and /stylelint-config extending WordPress tooling. - Migrate .eslintrc.js → flat eslint.config.js - Lint packages as peerDependencies - eslint-comments + jest plugin (scoped to **/*.test.js) - Tests for both config shapes
feat: add tailwind-config module Webpack plugin generates Tailwind v4 entry from theme.json, bridging WordPress preset tokens to Tailwind utility namespaces via @theme {}. Preflight disabled.
