Upgraded the RTC64 flagship OS to contain highly premium Windows-like desktop features. Converted directories to match Windows-style (/Users and /Windows/System32), added path permissions/security checking, an overlay sliding App Drawer, a start menu navigation popup, full-featured Notepad text operations (New, Open, Save, and Find/Replace), interactive clock-based calendar popup, dynamic process termination with locking, and persistent desktop wallpapers.
