Fixes #30

  • Updates the /override command info text to describe the current admin-only guided flow: user, game, duration, and date.
  • Uses LinkedinTimeUtils.todayGameDay() for guided date proposals and the Today selection so dates follow the LinkedIn game day in America/Los_Angeles.
