Summary

• add runtime-hosted app config and policy assets for web.runme.dev
• improve static and subpath hosting behavior in the SPA, including /index.html normalization and app base-path handling
• add a load balancer URL map for /oidc/callback and switch the app build to root-relative asset URLs so rewritten callback requests still load bundles correctly
• document both the Google shortcut and generic OIDC runtime configuration forms
