Learning Excel Basic To Advanced 📊 Excel Practice Update | Data Analytics Learning
Today, I practiced Excel analysis using a customer support dataset and solved multiple real-world analytical questions.
✅ What I analyzed today: • Average CSAT score • Minimum & maximum CSAT score • Average call duration • Longest & shortest customer calls • Average CSAT score for Payments-related calls • Count of customers based on sentiment, channel, SLA & state
🔧 Excel formulas I used today: • AVERAGE() – to calculate average values • MIN() & MAX() – to find lowest and highest CSAT scores • AVERAGEIF() – to calculate average CSAT for Payments calls • COUNTIF() / COUNTAIF() – to count records based on conditions • UNIQUE() – to extract distinct values • COUNTA() – to count unique entries
This practice helped me understand how basic Excel functions can answer business questions without using advanced tools.
