@lqd oops, I totally missed that PR. although it looks like that PR only added the release notes for 1.72.1, but 1.71.1 is also still missing on |

I've rebased the PR now to fix the conflict with the latest rollup. That means that this PR now only includes the 1.71.1 release notes, since 1.72.1 had already been included. |
