I believe the reason is that the ci-mirrors infrastructure didn't exist when the wasi-sdk downloads were added, and presumably no one has back-filled in the meantime. If it's desired I'm happy to send a PR there to mirror these tarballs. |

I'm not too worried about flakiness with github downloads from a well-known source like this. Happy to accept a PR mirroring them but I don't think it needs to block this. @bors r+ |
