This was added to Configurations.md in #4618, but the option wasn't actually made available. This should let people who are using Rust 2021 on nightly rustc run `cargo fmt` again.

Yeah that'd be pretty important wouldn't it 😆 Thanks for fixing this!
No ETA on a release yet but will try to get the commit synced soon so that the fix will actually hit nightly

Support for Rust 2021 was added in #4618, but it wasn't actually made available through
rustfmt's command line. This should let people who are testing Rust 2021 on nightly rustc runcargo fmtagain. Please let me know if I should add a test for this or if this should be gated somehow!
