feat(ui): improve task stream tool activity indicators

Summary

• replace raw-ish tool activity rows with richer stream indicators that support summaries, badges, and expandable detail sections
• add tool-specific presentation for bash calls and file edits so the timeline shows clear high-signal steps before exposing full input/output
• preserve the underlying timeline mapping so existing stream events still render while making tool activity easier to scan

Validation

• bun run format
• bun run lint:fix
• bun run knip (fails in this workspace because drizzle-kit is not installed and drizzle.config.ts cannot be loaded)
• bun run build:web (fails in this workspace because vite is not installed)
