… README Screenshots re-taken at 1280x900 against a clean prod-dump preview running the current main (post-optimization pass). Visible deltas: theme-token chart colors from the CSS-token PR. CLAUDE.md's pre-tag screenshot list named only 5 of the 11 images the README embeds; it now lists all 11 and notes the README table is the authoritative set, plus a warning to shoot against a clean restore. Pre-tag checklist for pump-v0.0.102 (migration v9 shipped in #51): screenshots regenerated, README audited (env table, screenshots, architecture all current), cruft scan clean.
