Task

Write a program which can either create a savings or debit bank account, and allow money to be deposited and added. The debit account must be able to apply a service charge for every widthdraw, and an overdraft charge of 50 dollars in case of an overcharge. The savings account must allow you to create an interest rate upon account creation.
