Hi, I'm Saeid (Saïd)

Postdoctoral researcher → ML/MLOps & computational scientist in Paris

Building ML/MLOps systems and computational models at the intersection of cloud, chemistry, biology, and automation

  • 🔭 I’m currently working on graph-based ML models for RNA structure and reactivity at Université Paris Cité
  • 🧠 I have 8+ years of experience in computational chemistry/biology, molecular simulations, and scientific Python tooling
  • ☁️ I’m passionate in ML/MLOps & cloud infrastructure, using a Proxmox with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to practice production-like setups
  • 👯 I’m looking to collaborate on open‑source MLOps tooling, bioinformatics/structural biology and chemistry ML projects, and scientific software
  • 🌱 Currently deepening my skills in Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), MLflow, and modern Python backends (FastAPI)
  • ⚗️ When not debugging containers, I'm usually experimenting with homebrewing, mushroom cultivation, fermentation, and cosmetic product formulation
