- constitution.md: fix stale 'sddr' H1 → 'fab-kit Constitution' - context.md: reformat flat key:value dump into markdown sections; name Go in the stack, correct doc/ → docs/ - code-quality.md: add Sibling & Mirror Sweeps section (promoted from auto-memory), project-specific anti-patterns, and an expanded Test Strategy (run tests on .go changes) - code-review.md: populate the empty Project-Specific Review Rules section with the live must-fix rules (SPEC-mirror sync, CLI⇒docs+tests, canonical-source-only, migrations, Go tests)
