- New dark theme using DevDays brand palette (#060606 bg, gradient accents)
- Added What Is, Program Benefits, Why Join, and Your Path sections
- Hero banner with Codey bust image
- Gradient border cards for benefits
- Placeholder ambassador cards (to be replaced with live data)
- New badge images for Ambassador and Expert Ambassador tiers
- Navbar/footer styled to match dark page
