Adds a Quick start for contributors section and full branch workflow (create branch → change → push → back to main → next branch) to CONTRIBUTING.md; links to OPEN_SOURCE_PLAN.md sections 3.2 and 5. Also adds open-source–relevant skills list and keep-templates-in-sync guideline.
