Upgrade to Node 22 LTS, pin pnpm, migrate to Svelte 5, and refresh SvelteKit/Vite/TypeScript plus runtime deps while keeping adapter-auto, multi-arch Docker platforms (including linux/arm/v7), and existing Vercel/Cloudflare auto-adapt paths. Adds PR CI and IA XML fixture tests. Closes saveweb#14 Co-authored-by: Davy <thedavidweng@users.noreply.github.com>
