💡 What: Added aria-describedby, role="alert", and aria-live="polite" to the Add Domain wizard's input and error container.
🎯 Why: Previously, if a user submitted an invalid domain, the error message would appear visually but would not be announced by screen readers since focus remained on the input and the container lacked ARIA live region attributes.
📸 Before/After: No visual changes.
♿ Accessibility: Screen readers will now dynamically announce validation errors as they occur within the wizard form, improving the keyboard/assistive technology experience without disrupting focus.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14238535660831995243 started by @schmug

Adds `aria-describedby` to the domain input and applies `role="alert"` and `aria-live="polite"` to its corresponding dynamic error container, ensuring that validation errors are announced correctly by screen readers.
