💡 What: Replaced .map().join("") chained calls with single-pass for loops in src/views/components.ts (validationList, mxTable, scoringFactorsTable, recommendationList, sparkline).
🎯 Why: To reduce memory allocations and garbage collection (GC) pressure on hot rendering paths when stringifying lists of data for HTML components.
📊 Impact: Faster HTML rendering, lower memory usage, and fewer GC pauses during heavy string concatenation.
🔬 Measurement: Verified via pnpm lint and pnpm test to ensure functional equivalence. Tested with 860 total tests passing.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13172587799381365077 started by @schmug

Replaced multiple instances of array allocations and method chains
(`array.map().join("")`) with single-pass `for` loops using direct string
concatenation across multiple rendering components in `src/views/components.ts`
(`validationList`, `mxTable`, `scoringFactorsTable`, `recommendationList`,
`sparkline`).

This reduces Garbage Collection (GC) pressure by avoiding unnecessary creation
of intermediate array objects, especially when these functions are called
frequently during HTML response generation.
