Simple restructuring of the docs to improve navigation and consistency with other driver documentation (inspired by cpp-rs-driver). I replaced the previous implicit navigation with a dedicated `contents.rst` file, exposed a few more sections in the top-level navigation, and fixed multiple relative MyST cross-reference links so pages resolve correctly. Moved basic usage instructions from the home page to a dedicated "Getting Started" page. Additionally, I renamed the project and title from "C# Driver" to "C# RS Driver".
