scyseq is a Python package for symbolic sequences manipulation and analysis. Its tools are devoted to practical symbolic / behavioral sequences encoding and analysis. They are:

• scyseq-encoder which allows to encode behavioral sequences on the basis of videos
• scyseq-analyser which is a gui to the main functions of scyseq for the characterisation of symbolic sequences
