- explicitly using newer terser plugin (that works with node18+
- upgrade to typescript 5.3
- replace node-sass with sass
- remove unused libs: ionicons, prop-types
- added missing types
- updated fortawesome deps
- deleted unused Infobox2
- fixed typescript errors in SmartTable.tsx, Datatable.tsx
- converted SmartTableUtils to ts
