- Created Window component to encapsulate header, sidebar, footer, and main content area.
- Added corresponding CSS module for styling the Window component.
- Introduced global styles for consistent typography and layout across the application.
- Implemented CategoriesPage and ResourceDetailsPage with resource cards and details.
- Added CSS modules for styling CategoriesPage and ResourceDetailsPage.
- Removed legacy submit.html and style.css files to clean up the project structure.
- Configured Vite for React application setup.
