TLS method for pyopenssl stalls here and breaks the connection most of the time. Either I raise an exception to avoid it being used or I use SSLv23_METHOD instead of TLS1_METHOD.

Can you please provide the path and location to contributions.md file which i couldnt find as part of the repository and which is the attached license?
