Update ShellHub Agent from 0.18.3 to 0.22.0.
Upgrade the Go backport from 1.22.5 to 1.26.3 so the layer uses the newer Go toolchain consistently. This includes recipe renames, updated checksums, rebased Go patches and Go version preferences in the layer configuration.
