Address critique follow-up UI issues

• explain guarded Button mapping clicks with the existing info toast and hover/focus title
• move the Forza PlayStation icon control into Advanced -> Controller details
• turn the benign Edge slots missing-DSCC state into a neutral Info note with a next step
• disambiguate the Tuning header scope selector from the saved profile selector
• apply the approved Option B wide-window cap for Status and Edge slots
