This change enables the app to be run in either Skip Fuse or Skip Lite mode by simply toggling the default value of
SKIP_MODEinPackage.swiftand making the corresponding change to the skipmodeinSources/Showcase/Skip/skip.yml. This should enable us to develop playgrounds for various features in a single place rather than duplicating them across two separate repositories, and will also help highlight the features that are supported byliteand notfuse, and vice-versa.
