Added support for Date Picker Ranges in Skip Lite

This PR demonstrates the support for Date Picker Ranges in Skip Light apps by extending the DatePickerPlayground with the code from Skip Showcase Fuse.

• Bugfix: Corrected the conversion of nanoseconds to milliseconds in DateComponents skip-foundation#101
  => Not required for this PR but without this small bugfix the calculated range will be wrong
