Updates the SWIFT registry provider to the latest r102 release (June 2026).
The most significant changes are:
Ibantype andIbanBuilderAPI for the countries for which the pattern was updated. Notably, the update for Poland seems to fix Support for Bank Identifiers for Polish (PL) IBANs #264, at least in part.IBAN validation itself is not affected by this update.
