Why:
Elements card number cursor resets to the end of the string after deleting two characters.
When a user deletes characters specifically two or more from the middle of a Card Number Element, the cursor unexpectedly jumps to the very end of the input field.
Goal:
The cursor should maintain its position relative to the digits being edited, regardless of formatting changes.
Preserve the cursor position when card numbers are reformatted.
