There seems to have a possibility of getting stuck in an infinite loop when fetching string descriptors, possibly due to the end condition of the loop being scuffed? |

This adds a utility to built a tree of all USB devices.
More work is required to make this feature fully useful for our needs; currently, there is no way to directly enumerate COM ports through the built trees.
I need to investigate how to achieve this functionality.
