bring in org.lightcouch:0.1.3 via mavencentral
set main class to com.netflix.exhibitor.application.ExhibitorMain in standalone jar artifact
Initial Couchdb config provider and arguments classes.
integrate couched provider with command line parsing and help

I don't think it makes sense to introduce this dependency into the main project. Please re-work it so that it's its own module. i.e. exhibitor-couchdb |

FYI - I'm in discussion with Netflix to move Exhibitor to its own repo so that it get better community support. Please stayed tuned. |
