Replaces the invalid 'claude-3-5-haiku-20241022' model ID with 'claude-sonnet-4-20250514' (and 'claude-3-haiku-20240307' where appropriate) to fix 404 errors during memory compaction and extraction. Also updates tests and onboarding defaults.
