added a chat sidebar component in the src/features/chat/ directory. The sidebar fetches and displays messages via XMTP, with state management to handle loading states. Added a simple CSS module for styling.
Basic testing included to ensure messages load correctly, and UI elements display as expected. Let me know if you want me to adjust anything.
Closes #57.
