- gitworkshop.dev: fix wrong description (was 'GitHub Actions integration',
actually a nostr-native git collaboration platform built on ngit)
- Nescrow: fix typo ('where and Escrow' → 'where an Escrow')
- voca: fix 'graphene D' → 'GrapheneOS'
- Boris: replace informal description with accurate one
- Highlighter (SEC-00): fix logo reference (was using boris-logo.png)
- NextBlock: consolidate 5 separate entries (Billboard, Observatory,
Telescope, PROMO Protocol, next block) into a single entry

Fixes 6 issues found during project page review:
gitworkshop.dev — Description was completely wrong ('GitHub Actions integration and workflow automation platform'). It's actually a nostr-native git collaboration platform for code review and patch management, built on ngit.
Nescrow — Typo: 'where and Escrow' → 'where an Escrow'
voca — 'graphene D' → 'GrapheneOS'
Boris — Replaced informal 'Highlighter fixed and done right - finally!' with an actual description of what Boris does (nostr-native reading/highlighting app with bookmarks, social highlights, zap splits, offline-first).
next block — Was described as 'Bitcoin block explorer and network analysis platform' but NextBlock is a broader sovereign infrastructure project. Updated to match their own tagline.
Highlighter (SEC-00) — Logo was referencing
boris-logo.png(wrong project). Changed tonostr-logo.pngas fallback.
