Buildroot skips a package rebuild on recipe-only changes, so an incremental build can ship berry without its i2c module. Document the clean-rebuild step. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

The 20260617 release shipped
berrywithout itsi2cmodule because it was an incremental build, and Buildroot skips package rebuilds on recipe-only changes. One-line note so releases are built clean.
