• Restructures Pipecat documentation from a single page into a comprehensive multi-page section
  with dedicated quickstart, STT, and TTS guides
• Adds a complete working voice bot example with Speechmatics STT/TTS and OpenAI LLM
• Documents all STT configuration options including turn detection modes, speaker diarization,
  speaker focus/filtering, and custom vocabulary
