Drops the unfinished
test_pointer_contract_pointer_looptest, skipped on all forks since the EIP-8037 implementation (ethereum#2363). Its pointer-loop storage expected-values were never adapted to the two-dimensional state-gas model, so it has sat as a dormant all-forks skip.Stacked on
