WIP: Editable Profile UI

I'm going on MAT leave and I didn't finish this yet. DO NOT MERGE.

• Needs to be cleaned up . I think I can separate some of the functions into util files.
• Need to fix a bug (if you edit the profiles.yaml file..the VS code UI doesn't refresh and reflect the changes)
• Need to make the UI look more aesthetic

(Hoping to casually finish this and continue to contribute to the extension MAT leave to avoid extreme boredom)
