Replaces the README banner. The previous one leaned on AI-generation tells (gradient title text, radial glow, a generic pill-flow diagram, default dark-GitHub theme).

New direction — real terminal session

An authentic devtool aesthetic: a terminal window showing an actual delegate call routed to Gemini, ending in the real [agy-bridge] footer the tool emits. It shows the product working instead of abstracting it.

  • No gradient text, no glow, no purple identity
  • Single amber accent; ui-monospace (domain-justified for a CLI tool, not a reflex face)
  • AA-safe contrast on the primary lines; self-contained SVG (no external fonts/images)

Same path (assets/banner.svg), so no README edit needed.
