On magento end no invoice got generated and the payment was not captured .
Only the order status changed from 'Pending Payment' to 'Processing' So what happened the order status changed to processing but payment shows still due in magento end. I have captured the payment to create invoice upon valid status. In that way after successful payment the order in magento creates invoice and captures the payment.
