Ceph have released a new package signing key[0] which is compatible with the Rocky 10 DEFAULT+ crypto-policies, so we can now remove the workaround we had in place to drop the policy to LEGACY around cephadm deployment. 0: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/74861#note-7

This pull request simplifies the cephadm-deploy.yml Ansible playbook by removing the tasks that temporarily downgraded the system crypto policy to LEGACY on Rocky 10 systems during the execution of the stackhpc.cephadm.cephadm role. I have no feedback to provide as there are no review comments to assess.

Multinode run - has already got beyond cephadm deployment.
Have tested new key properly imports into Rocky 9.[6-8] also.
