FFmpeg AVPlayer integration

Add the ffmpeg-avplayer framework and a minimal integration to present the demo PlayerViewController from the tvOSBrowser. This branch:

• Includes tvOSAVPlayerTouch.framework under Frameworks/
• Adds PlayerViewController demo files
• Adds AVExtractor (DOM-based .m3u8/.mp4 detector)
• Adds ViewController+AVIntegration to present the player on Play/Pause

Notes:

• Intended for local testing only (tvOSBrowser uses private APIs).
• Some sites require site-specific parsing or network capture to extract playable URLs.
