Reimplement upstream PR streaak#151 as a README curl entry instead of a Python script in contrib/. Use Beijing coordinates (Baidu is China-centric) and add impact context: an unrestricted ak enables quota/billing abuse. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
