Restored Header and SearchPalette components for /docs/* pages while keeping the landing page (/) with its own custom header and footer. This ensures: - Landing page has the mockup-02 dark theme landing design - Docs pages have the proper documentation UI with sticky header and search - Maintains the 3-column docs layout (Sidebar + Content + TOC) Matches ui-mockup-01-documentation-page.html specification.
