Summary

• Set up Caliber for automatic AI agent context sync with session hooks and freshness checks
• Add shared skills (find-skills, save-learning, setup-caliber) for Claude, Cursor, and agents
• Add CLAUDE.md project instructions and .claude/rules/ for package-specific guidance
• Configure Claude Code settings with Caliber hooks for session start, end, and notifications

• Verify Caliber hooks run on session start/end
• Verify skills are accessible in Claude Code and Cursor
• Confirm CLAUDE.md renders correctly and instructions are followed
