Adds claude-code-dna — a 184KB drop-in behavioral OS for Claude Code agents.

What it is: rules (Karpathy 4 laws + 15 operating instincts), 3-layer memory architecture (mem0/langmem/GraphRAG-inspired), 3 portable bash scripts (memory-health / memory-search / skill-spec-audit against agentskills.io), and a curated 194-skill / 99-agent catalog.

Why it fits "Configuration & Rules": this is purely behavioral — no skill source code, no commands, no agents. Just the reflexes that shape how an agent thinks/decides/remembers across any skill set you already use.

License: MIT.

Inserted in the "Configuration & Rules" table after the drona23/claude-token-efficient row.
