Python3 print compatibility. Minor bug fix to infer_n(), if unlikely to ever occur. Added main() functionality to allow for module loading while maintaining existing script execution capability.

Fixed minor bug with default return value in infer_n()
New import + Python3 compatible print statements in split_superperm()
Removed unnecessary division import
Added main() to allow use as imported package OR cli script
