chore(deps): drop degit that is used only for testing

degit was needed only for tests (also community addon tests)

-degit: 2Mb
+create-vite: 214Kb

Flow change

• Templates are copied at the sv build step
• To start tests, we don't need to download files anymore. They are just regular templates.
• These new templates are not exposed in the cli (no change for users)
