At the GovTech Hackathon 2026 (May 28/29 in Bern), we will share, improve, and use government data to create an impact. Meet developers, experts and enthusiasts from the administration, businesses and civil society, and work together on Switzerland's digital foundation. Register now!
Mobility? Finance? Climate? Do you have an idea or a challenge related to government data that you would like to tackle together with other participants? Submit your challenge for the GovTech Hackathon by April 19. Take a look at the challenge guidelines and past projects (2023/2024) for inspiration and guidance.
Over the course of two days, you will develop prototypes and concepts that demonstrate how data can have an impact in practice – for example, through data-driven decision-making, personalized services, or the use of AI to automate processes.
